Returns

We offer returns from the UK and EU on unworn items within a 14 days window period.

We do not offer returns on orders outside the UK and EU.

You must notify us of your return within 14 days of your delivery date. You will then have a further 14 days to return it to us. The item must be in brand new condition. Worn, washed, altered or damaged items will not be accepted. Swing tags and return ribbon must be attached, all original packaging must be included.

You are accountable for covering the expenses associated with return shipping, UK customs and duties charges. Kindly employ a dependable shipping method that includes tracking to guarantee the secure return of the item.

Terms & Conditions

  • Orders unless otherwise noted and subject to applicable restrictions, we will ship items internationally and typically within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of order. Tracking information will be sent after your order ships. International customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.
  • All orders will be express shipped via Aramex.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. The estimation of customs fees and duties may vary depending on the laws and regulations of your country. We do not provide exact figures for these fees. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office or relevant authorities for accurate information. Customs processing can cause delays in the delivery of your order. We have no control over these processes, and we cannot guarantee delivery times. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the recipient's name, delivery address, and other necessary details. Any inaccuracies in this information may result in customs clearance issues and additional charges. 
  • Unpaid Fees In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fees and duties required to release your order, it may be returned to from a Friend or else destroyed. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs and fees associated with the return.
  • UK and EU returns will be accepted within 14 days of notifying us. Returned items should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable with original tags and packaging. Altered apparel cannot be returned. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Returned merchandise must be shipped at your expense.
  • Currently we do not accept international returns outside of the EU.
